Do I need an AWS account?
For Personal and Team, yes — the whole point is that agents run inside your account. Hosted is the managed option where we operate AWS for you.
What counts as a user account?
A human with console access who can approve agent actions, edit policy, or trigger runs. Agents and service principals aren't counted — invite as many humans as you want.
Are model tokens included?
No. You bring your own model keys — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, or OpenRouter. You pay your provider directly at their rates.
Can I move between tiers?
Yes. Personal → Team is a plan change. Team → Hosted is a migration we run with you — same agents, same policies, new account boundary.
